SMABU: Earth Wars was one of my first games. Technically, it's my second game after the original Bomb Panik! Nathan and I created for our fourth (third?) year dreamweaver project at Ryerson.... Anyhoo, this title screen image never saw the light of day, even though it had, in my humble opinion, way more style than the one we actually used:
Studio politics changed the monkey from a crazy maniac into a weird bomber-jacket- wearing WWI pilot thing... guhhh... You win some, you lose some, i suppose... But, if we ever get around to making SMABU 2 for some unknown reason, I swear to God those monkey gunfighters will be frothing little spazzies!Super Mobile Attack Base Unit
